Lauren Mitchinson

As Head of Staff and Executive Assistant, Lauren has a varied role. She thrives from progressing and developing staff, ensuring their maximum potential and skillset is fulfilled in their role. Asides from this, Lauren works with Senior Management to provide support in areas such as compliance, recruitment, project work, data analysis and marketing. Having previously been an underwriter for various commercial and financial lines product classes, she also provides input in underwriting strategies and business plans.
