Rob Hales

Rob joined East Kent Underwriting as a Senior Development Underwriter in March 2022 and was promoted to Deputy Managing Director in January 2024. His role is to direct and oversee the operational activities of EKU, providing guidance for all staff including training opportunities and delegating duties across the team. Alongside this, Rob partakes in the day-to-day commercial underwriting and is a referral point.
