Key Extensions
- Risks with Non-Standard features such as Convictions, CCJ’s, Bankruptcies, Liquidations and adverse claims history can be considered. This needs to be the same throughout.
- Accidental Discharge of Gas Systems – up to £5,000
- Drain Clearance – up to £5,000
- Extinguishment Expenses – up to £1,000
- Landscaped Gardens Extension – Up to £1,000/£2,500
- Loss of Metered water – Up to £25,000
- Theft Cover Extension – Up to £1,000 in respect of Building and Locks and £2,500 in respect of CCTV and Alarm Systems
- Trace and Access and Repair or Replacement Extension – Up to £25,000
- Unauthorised use of Electricity, Gas or Water Extension - £2,500
- Exhibitions – Up to £2,000
- Outside Catering – Up to £2,000
- Damage to premises used by you for storage
- Failure of Public Utilities caused by the Property Damage covers to their premises, water works or pumping stations up to the Sum Insured
